This plan stands out as a cost-effective option compared to other products in the market and provides a range of features and benefits. It extends coverage beyond hospitalization to encompass various expenses, including mental health, obesity, consumables and offers option to reduce PED waiting period. It offers a Super Credit feature which enhances the sum insured by 100% upon renewal, up to a maximum of 500% of the base sum insured, irrespective of any past claims. It also offers coverage for seven chronic conditions like diabetes, asthma, etc., from Day 1. On the flip side, however, the plan doesn't offer the monthly premium payment option. And, as per our research, the insurer has received a fewer number of claim settlement and policy purchase complaints. This indicates that they have a strong track record with respect to both purchase and claims service.
